CATATAN PULAU BESAR, MERSING

Caca membawa kami ke sebuah restoran western di area Johor Bahru. Makanan sedap dan portionnya agak banyak. Nama restoran memanglah tak ingat dah tapi Caca kata, restoran ini antara yang terbaik di sini. Untuk pengetahuan, destinasi percutian kami kali ini ke Pulau Besar, Mersing. Jadi, saya dan Iman menaiki kapal terbang dari Kuala Lumpur ke Johor Bahru. Kami akan bermalam di rumah Caca sebelum bertolak ke Jeti Mersing.




Setelah 2 hingga 3 jam perjalanan menaiki kereta ke Jeti Mersing, kami mengisi perut di area Jeti Mersing sambal berjalan - jalan di Kompleks Jeti Mersing.






Setelah itu, semua yang menginap di Aseania Resort dikehendaki berkumpul di pejabat mereka sebelum bertolak ke Pulau Besar. Kalau tidak silap, perjalanan ke Pulau Besar dari Jeti Mersing hanya mengambil masa selama 30 minit sahaja dengan menaiki bot.

Urusan check in selesai sahaja di resort, kami menyewa basikal untuk mengelilingi pulau. Kadar sewaan boleh didapatii di kaunter resort dan agak memenatkan untuk mengayuh basikal kerana angina tayar yang kurang. Walaubagaimanapun kami sangat seronok untuk meronda - ronda dengan basikal. Pulau ini sangat tenang, cantic dan bersih. Thumbs up! Sebenarnya selan Aseania Resort, terdapat 2 atau 3 resort lain juga tetapi Aseania Reort yang paling besar dan berhampiran dengan jeti Pulau Besar.
































Alkisahnya nak sewa basikal 1 jam sahaja, tup tup dah jadi 2 jam. Bagusnya pihak resort ini menyediakan banyak bangku dan buaian di kawasan pantai. Jadi, bolehlah pengunjung bersantai ditepi pantai. Bilik kami juga agak berdekatan pantai dan restoran, alhamdulillah, kalau jauh, memang menapaklah nak berjalan kaki ke bilik. Resort ini nampak dari luar macam kecil dan sikit tapi bila kita berjalan ke belakang, memang banyak bilik.















Pada petangnya pula kami pergi snorkeling di beberapa tempat di Pulau Besar. Secara jujurnya, batu karang di sini tiadalah cantic mana pun berbanding di pulau - pulau seperti Mabul, Tioman, Perhentian dan sebagainya. Tak kisahlah yang penting enjoy. Kami snorkeling sekejal sahaja kerana hari sudah mula hendak hujan, tiba - tiba air di dalam laut pun mula rasa sejuk.














Tak cukup dengan air laut, kami pergi mandi kolam renang pula di resort. Sedap wooo..sebab sudah lama tidak berendam.

Pada malamnya, kami menikmati makan buffet di resort dan kambing bakar memang terbaik. Siap ada live band lagi. Memang santailah makan ditepi laut samibil ditiup angin sepoi - sepoi bahasa.



Keesokan harinya, selepas sarapan kami bersantai - santai di hadapan resort. Pergh, view memang cantik dengan air laut yang kebiruan. Hari ini kami akan check out tapi untuk menunggu masa bot, kami membuat keputusan untuk berehat ditepi pantai dan pergi ke spa. Cukuplah dapat urut satu jam pun sudah memadai. Yeah, time to check out, bye!
